Create Your Best Life By Focusing on Your Well-Being!

Hi, I’m Lynn Kebbie!

If you’ve found your way here, chances are you’ve been carrying a lot for someone you love. You may feel torn between caring for them and taking care of yourself. Maybe you’re exhausted, anxious, or feeling like you’ve lost a bit of yourself in the process.

I get it — and I want you to know you’re not alone.

I help people just like you who have a loved one who has been struggling with addiction. My mission is to guide you in reclaiming your well-being, rediscovering your voice, and creating space for your own healing without shame and guilt.

Background

I’m a Self-Care & Wellness Coach trained in Transformational Nutrition, with a specialization in mental health. Transformation nutrition is a method of health coaching that focuses on both physical and mental aspects of a client’s health.

I am also a certified Smart Recovery meeting facilitator, and I have taught multiple self-care workshops in the Boston area.

Finally, I have a passion for weaving the principles of self-care and life balance into all of my client programs. I believe these hold the key to long lasting progress.

My Story

Over the last several years, I found myself in a place I never imagined. Someone I deeply love was battling addiction, and I was doing everything I could to help them get better. I read the books, went to meetings, and tried every trick I could think of to get them to stop their destructive behaviors.

Before this major event in my life, I had already been working hard to practice self-care as I had dealt with challenges of my own with health issues and stress management.

But now I was starting to neglect my own needs on a whole new level and my life was becoming more and more stressful and out of control.

Somewhere along the way, I had to stop and check in with myself. I was drained, overwhelmed, and confused about where a loved one’s pain ended and my own life began.

Through therapy, support groups, and training, I slowly began to untangle my own needs from the chaos. I learned that boundaries aren’t selfish, rest isn’t a luxury, and self-care isn’t something to earn — it’s essential for being a healthy human.

Now, I support others who are walking that same tightrope of love and exhaustion. You don’t have to wait until you’re burned out to start healing. Your well-being matters now and I’m here to guide you.
